37 hours; FT Hybrid 2-3 DPW onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Release, manage all work in the SAP system, and ensure delivery forecasts are maintained and communicated to customers.
- Support the achievement of schedule adherence, inventory and delivery KPIs through the execution of the planning process
- Maintain records within a Data Management System, Processing Data to ensure a degree of accuracy
- Maintaining cross-functional alignment – Acting as a bridge between Engineering Project Managers/ Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality & external vendors to keep workflows co-ordinated and avoid bottlenecks.
- Work closely with Goods Receiving, stores and dispatch (Logistic Services) to resolve queries, maintain SAP system accuracy and ensure the required paperwork is submitted for stores and dispatch related transactions
- Support effective non-conformance management controls
- Provide advice and support to stakeholders, detailing best practice.
- Generating and developing documentation and communications to address frequently asked questions.
- Contribute to process improvement within the team
What do you need?:
- Experience using SAP
- Strong planning/ scheduling & coordination experience
- Experience within Manufacturing, logistics or Supply chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across different functions – Engineering, Manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics and external suppliers
- Experience in maintaining accurate data and KPI reporting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience documenting processes.
- Quality and Non-conformance Management experience
